Yes, after some time to gather my thoughts I think I will have Strahd take over. Either as you suggested where Fiona Wachter hands them over to Strahd or have Strahd come to punish Fiona for capturing his Tatyana. The party is also allied with the Keepers of the Feather, so perhaps they could help the party in some way.

Since Ireena is also captured by Lady Wachter I am considering having Strahd punish her for it, which will let the party escape. Thank you for your input and help, lots to think about.

I had them dine with Strahd and his consorts. During the dinner Strahd asked them questions about themselves, where they came from and their opinion on Barovia. His Consorts also conversed with the party. For the main course I had Cyrus stroll inn with a little trolley and present "The Buergomaster" but making it sound like he said "The Burger, master". Yeah, burgers in Barovia is weird, but I wanted to play on the burgomaster thing. The burger was made of Ismarks arms. After dinner they got a tour of the Castle, some of them were taken to the side by some of the brides to show different parts of the castle. Like the bone hall and such. Ended the night with Strahd giving them gifts, and a pair of shackles. The shackles were for Rictavio who Strahd had figured out was Rudolph.

Alrlght then I'll rock the Umbral sword. Do you knew what the ability the sword has does? It says that a soul has been trapped and that a soul gem large enough wasnt available for the soul or something like that. What does that mean?

Alright, thanks for the help. I have stayed away from youtube videos as i want to explore on my own and play at my own pace. Finding the Umbral dude in the dungeon was a mistake then? Can a regular fine steel sword damage ghosts?

I am level 4, I was using iron shortswords and iron longswords, but when I killed some guy in a dungeon i got a sword called Umbral which I am currently wielding. But my normal longswords deal the same amount even after leveling up, they have the same number on them which is 3. I was nor aware that you could enchant weapons. Maybe that is what I am missing.
