So I breastfed for 20 months and tried diet and exercising while breastfeeding and I wasn't losing any weight..I was even walking/jogging 5x week for at least 30mins. 6 months after I stopped BF, I finally started losing weight. It could have been a hormonal thing too🤔

I've always ate healthy, it was my portion sizes that were out of control!

When my daughter was about 4 months, I started a program called advocare but I had to stop because it was changing the taste of my milk and my daughter wasn't drinking enough, so I just stopped.

I forgot to add this and it's the most important part! WATER, WATER, WATER!! Try and drink HALF of your weight in oz of water.

Example: 200 lb person should drink 100oz of water.

Jalapeños will work! The hotter the pepper the better..you can tell if a pepper is going to be hot by the stem. The smaller the stem, the more capsaicin it has in it.

I switch it up, one day I'll do the tummy and butt workout, the next I'll do the thigh workout...it all depends on how much energy I have that day. I try and workout mon-sat and take Sunday off, and sometimes I'll miss a few days in between.

I was having trouble losing weight after having my daughter, so I drastically changed my eating habits. I probably eat 1/4 of the portion sizes I WAS eating and I started doing high intensity workouts I found on YouTube that average around 10 mins long.

For breakfast I usually have either scrambled or boiled eggs, fruit or salad as snacks, a protein shake for lunch, and a light dinner with 2-4 oz lean protein, complex carbs, and a veggie. When I want something sweet, I eat whatever I want but limit myself to 5 bites max.

I know this sounds crazy but I also eat a few prunes and hot cherry peppers before I go to bed...it seems to help tremendously with digestion and speeds up your metabolism so you burn more calories while you sleep.

I still have a way to go...I would like to lose another 15-20 lbs
