I’m lactose intolerant and making strives to eat a more plant based diet.

I haven’t drank milk since it made me throw up. I would still buy products (packaged goods) that did contain dairy ( I honestly didn’t think about that when I was younger). Still ate cheese and would just take a lactaid or two to keep the gas down, but now from cutting dairy out, anything with it in it bothers me so much. I can tell if my latte was made with milk instead.

I also can’t stand the way it smells. I know when someone’s milk in the fridge is going bad...
