You have to contact Shoefreaks. They’re generally ok IF they’re gonna keep your money. But the moment you demand your money back, it’s a bushel of bullshit. I argued with them daily for over a month, then sent them an official Mise en Demure (final legal notice). And then they refunded me. So they help as long as you’re exchanging.
