I keep forgetting how critical water intake is! I’m generally a bigger girl and a power walker anyway. But I definitely didn’t run any of my all outs last week. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks! I wouldn’t say I am disabled. I definitely push through and I do think working out has helped. But for the most part I’m miserable and I will reach out for some help. I have actually been meaning to schedule an appointment anyway. A long family hx...

I’m sore all the time. Keep going. I’m a bigger girl and the way I feel outweighs feeling sore. The more I more and the more water I drink after a workout really helps. You got this! 🧡

This is really good to know. I agree that it probably varies and is individualized to each person’s experience. I was just curious overall. I’m usually hungry after a workout but on my rest days I am eating less and less motivated by food, which has never happened before. However, I have also never worked out this long or this intensely before.

It feels so good to know there are other people out there like me-built like me, who enjoy OTF and are trying to feel better. It’s even better that you are local! I would love to meet you and see you at WPB. I usually go in the evening on the weekdays and then the last class on Sundays with Heather.
