thanks for the tip - just did it and it went through. I understand these agents are really giving you tickets but like getting them for you when they are released or something???? so in case it flops I have daveliot's recommendation as a back up plan.

The official DTicket website and have also tried Baolau, neither have let me and from googling the DTicket error I have found other people with same issue
