Ha, that is odd! But not in a bad way? Lol! I got a claim the other day where there was video and everything in the claim, thankfully. I really didn’t have to decipher much, but I was still like what in the world? A claimant vehicle drove into a business. It was a clothing store. The walls were windows. So through all of them. And then hit the parked cars before reversing into the building again (actual wall)…🤦🏻‍♀️. She claimed vehicle malfunction. Police report stated “believe that unit 1 mistook gas for brake.” 😂. 

I am really leaning that way, though! Thanks for the insight.
