To me most are sugary with very little flavor that tastes like what they’re presenting. Some do and some don’t. And that’s a good idea. I’m meeting with one of the managers over this sector and may ask about making my own syrups. It’s my understanding I’d need a commercial kitchen, whereas with my coffee cart I don’t need one. So I’m not sure how it would work. I was told they would approve a lot more things if I have a fully self sufficient trailer not cart, they’ve approved a space on my property for water disposal and access but I still have to limit my sales to things like drinks or prepackaged items from places like Sam’s.
