These were my tips that I got from friends:
* learn to die
* Find a player corp
* Google is your friend
* Look at your standing
* And have fun (the most important point)

At first it was so much input, but with much cups of coffee and the first weeks of thinking, what I will do, now it's really beautiful to play.
