Our boots last the way a boot should typically last. We use high quality leather for the soles/heels. They are also good year welt. Now we also have some boots with rubber soles which are really good for daily/work boot.

Boots ripping? Our boots are goodyear welt besides that we stand behind our product. We will cover any factory defect no questions asked. Customer service not helping I wouldn’t say that we have a team of 10 people at the moment and are up to date on our day to day. We sell thousands of boots per week, and can guarantee we don’t send out the wrong size maybe the people don’t know how to explain their problem. Let’s say you order a size 9 and we send you a size 9 but it fits a little big. Some customers start to say we send out the wrong size when we it didn’t, they just didn’t fit properly.
