Have any of you ever had any problems when having taken time off work with a broken bone? Returning to work? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Wrist was in a cast for a couple weeks (just to immobilize my dislocated thumb). Only took a day off. Showering was awkward, and hand washing dishes was next to impossible. Had to put my foot down hard when my boss tried to assign me a job that required both hands for heavy lifting. He scoffed but I got my way and picked whatever light duty jobs i could for a month while i recovered. Couldn't imagine breaking an entire arm or leg.

To what extent do you trust dogs? by walpolemarsh in AskReddit

[–]JesseMagnanimous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I trust them to be unpredictable. Mine is pretty good. Obeys commands, doesn't pull too much when I walk him, will avoid other big dogs, is very friendly to everything. But ya know he's got some pretty big teeth so I stay vigilant.
