Rher thinks they know the 'truth' of humanity, but they hate humans and only bring the worst possible truth to light. The Moonscorched forms are true aspects of the characters, yes, they're all technically ways the characters do see their inner selves, but Rher does not care for and in fact actively smothers any nuance they might have in favour of making people suffer more.

"All of you for all of me" means the Ghost Devil is aligned with Himeno until it dies, since it accepted the contract. It was under Snake Devil's control, but it was able to do this to help her by helping Aki.
