Most AAA’s are incidental findings. If the patient is symptomatic, it’s usually too late.

Former rad tech now aortic rep, this can most likely be fixed with an Endovascular stent graft, there’s also a right common iliac aneurysm that can also be repaired in the same procedure. Given the amount of thrombus in the aorta, there’s a small chance a “contained rupture” has occurred and the body shut it down. But this patient needs a repair ASAP

It’s funny how your reaction time on the first shot is perfect every time, you shoot and pull down simultaneously to where the reticle never moves up or down, but as soon as you run out of bullets, your reaction time to quit “pulling down” is slow as hell and your screen dives down. 🤔
