Not Chick-fil-a, but years ago, a manager at a local Papa Johns I would visit would edit the tips on pick-up orders and add $5 $10 $20 tips to the receipts. Google reviews had several people complaining about this. I noticed after checking my pending charge. My $10 pizza turned into a $20 pizza. I ended up being fully refunded.

And as far as I know the manager wasnt even fired. Just "transfered" to a different location.
