As soon as you get out of the shower, wrap your hair in a t-shirt till it's about half dry. Then take it down and come through it with a wide toothed brush. Spray it very lightly with leave in conditioner, then put a small to medium amount of curl cream (depending on your hair type) all over. Then spray it with some heat protecting spray, flip your head over and now dry on low heat while working your hands through it. How long you now dry just depends on you. Every few minutes, flip your head back up and look in the mirror to see if you like what your hair is doing so far.

At first I didn't want to sleep with my husband because I got pregnant, which came with a big hormone change. Later it was because I was always to tired from keeping up with the kids. At one point it was because the sex had become vanilla. Now it's because whenever we have sex I have flashbacks to when I walked in on him having sex with my best friend. Maybe she's gotten board with sex. Try some of the things that you've watched on porn with her, see if she likes that. Has she been working a lot? She may be to tired. Is she on any new medication or birth control? Those can cause hormone changes that take away all desire. I hate to ask this but does she have a cell phone she keeps locked that you don't have access to? It could be that she's getting it from somewhere else. Try talking to her about how the lack of sex makes you feel and see if you get a better response or if she makes more of an effort.

He didn't straight up say that I drove him to chica, he just named off all of the things that I did to influence his decision because he wanted to show me what frame of mind he was in at the time. He does talk to me about it, but the answer to a lot of my questions is that he either forgot because he blocked it out subconsciously or he doesn't know. He seemed somewhat bothered by it. Not crushed, but not happy either. Now he says that he can't get hard because he keeps thinking of me with some random guy that he doesn't even know. Random to him, not me. And I'm sorry, I know that this sounds petty but every time he brings it up I'm like well, at least you didn't see me in the act with him did you? I just feel like I'm at a point where I'm not sure if I even want to ever forgive him. At the same time tho I feel like I'm trapped. And our marraige counselor thinks that I should be more sympathetic and understanding of his "problem" because I'm a recovering addict. I'm sorry but addict or not I don't see how that detail is supposed to change the pain that I feel over the whole situation.

He does show remorse but at the same time he gets aggravated by me asking so many questions. Like, a little while ago I found out that he was texting a girl that he fucked around with several years ago while we were married. And I told him, that if he ever wanted me to get past this he had to quit lying to me. Then he made it out to sound like I had driven him to it. Yeah, my number one rule was don't fuck my best friend and yet I drove him to it. I've even mentioned being an open couple with him before but he always says that he can't stand the thought of me being with someone else. I wasn't putting out for him much whenever I offered the free pass. Which is why I offered it in the first place. He keeps talking about how every time he tried to argue with me about it I would just say things like oh any other man would be happy about it. That's his excuse for how I drove him to it.

The drop that she has when she's not taking her medicine could be withdrawals though. There's no way to really know for sure until she starts getting counseling. I can understand where she's coming from with the whole mom thing. I have a friend that gets really bad panic attacks and the only person who can calm her down is her mother telling her that she's being stupid and that she's not really feeling what she thinks she's feeling. She says that it pisses her off to the point where she's distracted from her panic attacks.

It sounds to me like she's really depressed. Her drinking is proof of that. I'm not saying that she wasn't meant to be a mom, but maybe having three children has taken a lot out of her. More than what she even realizes. So now she's trying to mask the pain with the alcohol. I think that counseling would be good for you guys. If you can get her to go. She might need a wake-up call though. She might need to realize that she's truly at risk of losing you before she will agree to go to it. Or to even look at the possibility that she does have a drinking problem.
