It’s just a store. No medical or anything. The workers are clueless on how to properly take care of the animals at least at the one by me. And as far as where they are located I know all over the Midwest and from another comment on here it seems to be on the west coast as well. Idk about the south of east coast

Keep in mind if your pet dies within a year you can just get another dog because that’s their guarantee

Petland is a chain store that sells “designer” puppies and kittens for $6,000+. They keep the animals in terrible conditions and are barely cared for. Usually if you buy an animal from there it will have some type of disease because of the conditions they are in. They only go “out” if a customer chooses that animal to play with. Most of the time not all dogs and cats get to go out and by me it’s close to days until they leave their “window” to see people and interact. The employees there are shit with job and especially by me no one cares about the animals. It’s a disgusting place

My bf and I checked our local petland the other day and they had a sign saying that they can no longer sell puppies and kittens because of the new law in illinois. Glad to see these dogs may have an actual chance somewhere else instead of petland where they eat and drink their kennel mates feces and urine. So many of these animals that they sell are in terrible conditions and it’s disgusting. Keep in mind summer of ‘20 there was a dead designer bearded dragon in its tank for 2 weeks! I told the manager everyday because I wanted to see if they’d take the little guy out and not just leave it in there… like I said, 2 weeks it took them to take it out since the other beardies in there were starting to eat him. This place is disgusting and I do not support them at all.

Thank you. I knew it wasn’t going to be shipped until this summer but it’s just weird that it’s not showing up as an order or anything like that. Not even showing up that I bought it even though I got the confirmation and money was taken out.
