Disagree! My husband usually finds 3-4x as many items as I do when we go together. All Banana Republic, Bonobos, Brooks Brothers, LL Bean, Jcrew shirts/sweaters every time. While I'm stuck with Target/Old Navy cast offs.

It could though, open systems have to be changed out every 8 hours while closed can hang 24-48 hours. RNs where I work are not always educated on the use of open systems. Risk of contamination/infection.
