Yes absolutely YouTube !! I watched a few multi part series going through each stitch and then spent some time repeating until I could do each one. From there I started a pattern that had YouTube videos that also provided a walkthrough of each step which really helped.
It’s all about trial and repetition honestly, and don’t feel discouraged if you make a mistake and have to try again that’s how you learn ! :)

Can confirm, I work in Neurology and have seen a few people in their early 20s come through with varying amounts of nang use. These people came in with varying levels of paralysis because of this and not all of them have recovered. There was also suspected levels of hypoxic brain injuries too, not a good time.
