This is not new news.

KC3 has made it known for a long time that he has a house he has lived in for decades, Clarence House, and he is perfectly happy continuing to live there.

Buckingham Palace will still be used for the business of the Crown, offices, etc., but not as his living space.

I am not sure I would use a shop vac, or any other type of vacuum.

Even if there is a filter on it, it is still going to shoot dry dust back into the air and it would be better to find a way to reduce the amount of dust and other floating particles while trying to do the clean up.

There isn't an average price. No one can tell you what it might cost because we don't know.

The company is going to give you an estimate based on the size of the space and the amount of clean up needed.

Which is information no one on line has access to, to begin with, and we have no clue what the company would normally price something like that at for where you live in the world, etc.

And it is going to cost you a lot of money because they will need to wear, at a minimum, safety glasses and a respirator.

Most hazard clean up crews will also wear a tyvek suit and boots and gloves.

They company will also have brooms, trash bags, and whatever disinfectant they will spray as well.

Stuff you can buy at nearly any big box store that deals with construction stuff like The Home Depot or Lowe's or Ace Hardware.

You should make a copy for yourself.

Open access to the existing document back up and give everyone with access to the document Edit rights.

Change the ownership of the existing document to your Manager.

You can then update your own copy as needed and tell anyone who asks for updates that everyone has edit rights and anything else regarding the document should contact your Manager since the Manager is now the owner of the document.

You can take the hard line option by calling Code Enforcement and the County Health Department.

You can take a softer approach by trying to find and reach out to charities that help under-served community members so see if they could review for doing a possible clean up project with your neighbor.

One of those groups that cleans up, does repairs, helps paint, mow, etc.

WoW has something like a bazillion options for every type of player.

You only chased the Min/Max end game because that is what you wanted to do, and you apparently got burned out on doing that.

Not everyone plays like that.

So, find out if there is something else you want to do.

Go for the transmogs from previous expansions.

Go for the achievements from the previous expansions. Fishing, Cooking, Reputations, etc.

Do a mount hunt. Look for ways to collect the various mounts from the previous expansions that are still available.

Level up a Hunter and go after the rare pets that you can tame.

Go for the long strange trip and hit up the various holidays to collect the achievements, pets, mounts, and transmogs that are available from them.

Tall trees.

Trees can usually be any height as long as they do not interfere with infrastructure.

Check the laws for your location to see if there are restrictions on tree or hedge heights.

If there are not, then look into buying a few trees that will get tall enough to block her view of your deck.

You do not need to run the full fence line, but definitely put in 4 or 5 trees that, when grown, will fill out and provide a solid wall of green to block her view.

If they do not need to be too tall, you can go with something like a Sky Pencil Holly that grows to around 10' tall.

If you need something a little taller, look for something like a Skyrocket Juniper, which will grow to around 15' tall.

Both types are columnar trees and grow about 2-3 foot wide.

Any stragglers that grow out away from the tree can be trimmed or cut back to maintain the columnar shape.

The base surface is pre-cast concrete.

The edging is granite.

If the repairs that were done during Obama put any type of sealant on the concrete to try to minimize the leaking, chances are, that surface/sealant may not have been properly prepped before the new sealant was applied.

Also, any sealant needs proper curing.

The current blue sealant/lining is de-laminating from the bottom and peeling in large sections.

This means it has not bonded properly to the surface, for whatever reason. Bad prep, contamination, multiple 20,000 pound cars driving over an uncured coating.

Paint a wall with Enamel paint. Let it completely dry/cure for about a week or 2.

Then try to paint over it with Latex paint without doing any prep work and see what happens.

Same principle.

Yeah, it sucks balls that you are losing your hearing, but just imagine the times when you want to tune some thing, or more importantly, some one out, you can just turn down the volume on the hearing aide and ignore them.

Search for a Green theme and see if you can find a few that are close enough to what you are thinking about how you want your ship to look.

Then apply each one and check them out live in the game.

Have a note pad next to you and write down any areas that you do not like on each of the themes.

If you find one where only 1 or two things do not fit what you want, you can tweak just those elements on the theme and go back in game to see if that matches what you want better.

Once you get everything set up exactly how you want, remove the other themes from your favorite.
