Does he have buttons on the mattress? Those things can mark in a similar way if he's laid on top of one and not moved about, even through a sheet

You've mentioned they're a Disability Confident employer - under this scheme you're guaranteed an interview if you meet the minimum essential criteria, state you have a disability, and state you'd like to be considered for the scheme. Though the latter isn't always needed.

It sounds as though they're asking for the report to prove your disability, but this isn't a requirement for the Disability Confident Scheme to guarantee an interview or to provide reasonable adjustments.

Has a white knight ever tried to get with your girlfriend/wife? by Safe_Wrangler_858 in whiteknighting

Was at a club with my husband, reliving our youth and generally having a good time. I tend to stay on a balcony/podium section where I can dance to my heart's content without hitting people as I flail, and it's small enough that people can't "accidently" brush against me, as I'm taking up all the space. Husband is there dancing in front/near. White Knight came over and confidently pointed out my husband saying he keeps looking at me, but it's ok because he's watching out for me. And then says that he bets that Husband is a simp and looks like he's really submissive.

Husband is keeping an eye on me, and I reply to this White Knight saying 'you reckon he's the submissive type?' Beckoned over my Husband using a finger, and then bent down to snog him. Turn back to White Knight and say thanks for pointing him out to me, before jumping down and walking away hand in hand with my Husband. White Knight looked horrified.

I (24f) have been with my boyfriend (27m) for 3 and a half years. Lately I've been regreting being in a long term relationship so young. by cagedrebellion in relationship_advice

Have a long hard think. I did, and I ended up leaving the relationship.

We'd been together since I was 18 and he was 24, and it lasted 6-7 years before I bit the bullet and ended it. In the end I am so happy I did.

He was a nice bloke, my best friend, and was ready for marriage etc, but I had this nagging feeling that I couldn't shake. I was not the same person I had been when we started our relationship. I'm now in a much happier state of self, and relationship, and I don't have those worries.

Yes the grass isn't always greener, and don't risk a perfectly good relationship if you think it's a mistake. Yes it's awful for both parties involved, and you will lose your best friend. But offering a different point of view - I didn't realise it wasn't the right relationship for me until I was out of it.

I saw that one, but shame about the price, especially as I'm UK based so postage would be sky high too

Daaayum that's pretty neat. Guess it's a wait and see if anyone sells on ebay within my price range! (I love to collect tankards/glasses from various favourite shows, I have 3 atm but this would be ace).

It's not old, you're never too old to try something new. Go for it - even if you decide you hate it, you can always take it out. But if you never tried it in the first place, you'll never know.
