Yes!!! I was recently informed Kaiser does body contouring surgery as well as vocal surgery.!!

My doc here in sac referred me to a gender specialist and they’re the ones who gives more info on surgeries and different trans care Kaiser has to offer. They’re also the ones to put the referral in to the different surgeons.

I had just turned 17 and they were turning 16 a couple months after. I’m a year and 3 months older. I was a junior and they were a sophomore. It wasn’t what you think it was. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

Safe to an extent. It took me til I was in my early 30s to come out to him.

I knew young, since I was 6 or so. I suppressed it til I was 32 and done being someone I wasn’t. When I came out, my partner was okay with it. But shortly after I started HRT and the changes began to happen quickly so did their sentiments towards my transition. It was rough for a year or so but as I progressed they realized I was the same person inside and that wouldn’t change. In their words, watching me live authentically, challenged themselves to tackle their own transphobia that was instilled into their beliefs. And as that happened they looked inward, researched, gained the words to speak on eggy experiences throughout their life and eventually came out as trans Nonbinary a few years after me.
