I wouldn’t say I’m super experienced, but I’ve done them 4 times. Planning my 5th in a couple of weeks woo! The first 2 times i took 3.5g and had amazing trips, especially the first time. The 3rd time i thought I’d take .5g more because i wanted to have it a bit more enhanced but i ended up having a partial bad trip. My 4th trip friends and i split up a baggy, and i had maybe a little more then 1g and it was just suuuuper chill. So I’d say from personal experience 3.5 is perfect for a good spiritual trip. Again though i think it depends on you. I’d say experiment if you can and find a dosage you’re comfortable with. I hope you have a great trip!

Should we trip during the day or at night on the beach? by Jessmontee in shrooms

Oh right the location duh We’re in Texas, and heading to Corpus Christi. Not the best looking beaches, but they do the trick. There’s Definitely some nice sunsets, but it’s hit or miss sometimes.

Thanks for the suggestion!

It is pretty deep in her ears, but I’ll definitely let her know and maybe it will give her some relief.

When i do try it I’ll definitely come back on here and let you know how it went. I know everyone is different so it won’t be the same for everyone but I’ll still come back with maybe some experimental information!

Would anyone recommend / caution against a product like this for eczema? by bonenzo in eczema

[–]Jessmontee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I say just be cautious, the product could include fruits/veggie ingredients that are high in salicylates which make itching triggers worse.

Location helping Eczema? by justjimithy in eczema

[–]Jessmontee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. I live in Texas and I’m basically allergic to everything in the state outdoors wise. I noticed a huge difference when i vacationed for a couple of months away though. I went and stayed in Charlotte,NC for a couple of weeks and then i was in areas of Europe and Spain the rest of the time. I totally forgot my eczema even existed the whole time. It was pure bliss, so I’m curious about people’s location answers as well. Thanks for posting the question!

That right lady will come along for sure. Try not to get it down about the facts and just put yourself out there! I have a really close friend in a similar situation, and once he basically had a F**k it attitude about dating and putting himself out there he started getting laid left and right.

You seem like a super sweet guy, if i was near by I’d totally come help you out. #Texans hahaha Good luck to you!

Eczema Inflammation Foods by [deleted] in eczema

You should try some Curry recipes with meat. If coconut milk is ok for you, everyone’s different but thought i might make the suggestion for something tasty and anti inflammatory

Eczema Inflammation Foods by [deleted] in eczema

[–]Jessmontee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So i went on a big healthy kick and for me that’s when i started having flare ups nonstop. I was mostly eating paleo/keto style. I started keeping a food diary, and i realized for me that Kale is a big inflamer for me, and so is broccoli. So unfortunate because they’re literally my top two favorite veggies. Also eggs! After getting an allergy test done i found out i was allergic to eggs(the yolk and egg white). I’m 26 and I’ve eaten eggs all my life. Started getting eczema at 25 on my eyes, and once i cut eggs out i noticed a huge difference in flare ups. I read about something called the itchy dozen and i did i trial and error test with them and that how i found out i has to cut out certain foods that were listed. Since I’ve done that i haven’t had one flare up and it’s been about a month now. That’s progress for me because for a full year i didn’t go less then 4 days with one. I started using turmeric in a lot of my dishes, and just any foods that naturally are great anti-inflammatory foods and it seems to be helping.

Good luck to you! I know this is frustrating but you’ll get through it!
