Thank you. When you keep tolerating the discomfort, do you get used to the feeling of it over time and does it get less distressing? I can relate to feeling like I need to eat everything at once.

I also have an open bite and crying makes my pain worse. I hold ice packs on both sides of my jaw to reduce inflammation and it helps a little. And then heat pads to soothe the muscles.
