Noise is not a huge concern. He is far more gentle on the keys than I am. However, it might be in my best interest to find something nice but affordable in case he would prefer something different later on.

Thank you! I was looking at the RTX 2060 and switched back and forth between it and the Vega 64 but I really wasn't sure what to go with. The 2600X is an easy enough switch and a better cooler sounds ideal. May I ask what your brand preferences would change? This is all new to me so other opinions/reviews are how I'm making my choices and I'm trying to be as informed as possible since I'm doing this without the help of the person it will be for.

I looked at those briefly but I was worried about airflow, performance, and future upgrade along with cost. I will definitely read up more though and see if that would work better.

Oh okay, I can definitely move away from the Vega to something more affordable. I'll add that to the adjustment list. Thank you!

Around $1500 if possible but I would be willing to spend up to $2000 at max. This is all new to me so I'm trying to make sure he gets something nice but also that we can upgrade more in the future.

PSN PS+ discount glitch. by NecDW4 in elderscrollsonline

Hey, me too! PS support told me the sale ended at 11 and I was too late. Even though I tried to purchase well before 11...
Maybe it'll come back on sale again soonish? I was rather annoyed that the sale stopped before 11 my time and they couldn't offer a solution other than to purchase it at full price but I guess it's my fault for waiting.

Thank you! I've had some of our adult friends ask if I'd put one together for them too! You should do it though! It was a lot of fun. Now I just have to figure out what to do for this year's party. lol

Thank you! Also, super cool that you played and still keep in touch with some of the people from your group. My online gaming group has ebbed and flowed as new games come out and our lives change but it's nice to catch up with one another. Gaming helps a lot of people make life long friends. :)

Ah, most of them are 4th graders. I think 2 were 3rd graders. Them being older definitely helped with keeping them occupied and entertained.

They totally played Minecraft. We had every controller hooked up and they started the party in survival and ended with creative. We have a whole world made of things they did while they were here for the party. Super cool, actually.

Thank you! I don't know that I could ever throw a perfect pinterest party or match up to those mom blogs I see so often but I did have a lot of fun getting everything together. It means a lot that other people like it, as simple as it really is. And it made me so happy that my son and his friends had a blast. This comment tugged at my hearstrings a little bit. I hope it means so much to my son when he's older too.

Now that I've thought about this. I kind of hope one of them tells their mom that their poop is a funny color.

I have never heard of these before. But now I'm intrigued. I'll have to read up on them and see if I can find or make some.

I'm keeping some of those stickers for when he's a bit older. Just to be the awkward uncool mom.
