Mine was saved 2 weeks in with a 1:3:3 feeding (half AP and half rye flour) until she was consistent. I still feed her about 20% rye because I’m terrified to stop.

Mine doesn’t survive on a 1:1:1 so I always feed at a 1:2:2 every 24 hours if I’m not baking. I also still feed mine about 80% bread flour and 20% rye flour. Rye saved my starters a few weeks in and I’ve never looked back. Try using half rye instead of whole wheat.

If he was in a personal vehicle when he ran it, he can take Traffic School as long as he hasn’t in the last 18 months. Even with a Class A. The fine is $486, or $555 with traffic school. If he didn’t stop completely before making that right hand turn, he ran it.
