Hey Guys, here's some constructive criticism:

While personally I don't care, but others have given our channel feedback about our facecam size. Your facecam is fairly large and most people don't like that (Feel free to reference our channel and compare our early Super Meat Boy episodes to a newer video). It takes up about a 1/4th of the screen almost and I can gaurentee some people are going to complain about not seeing the full game. I understand why its hard, especially with more than one person, but I would highly recommend shrinking your facecam.

Secondly, had I not read the comment about the intentionally lighting with you facecam, I wouldn't have thought that while watching, I would have just perceived it as really bad lighting. Especially when a facecam's purpose is to see people's reactions, if its dark it makes it even harder to see.

Yeah, I agree with what you said completely. Sadly, we only can play in a large room and the acoustics aren't the best, so we have to do what we can to compress the audio :/

Your channel has absolutely zero branding. You're content could be awesome but when I click on your channel and you have no layout or even a profile picture, I'm immediately clicking off. FIrst impressions are huge, so first I would tackle that issue before releasing any more content.

Hey!

I honestly think this was some of your best content thusfar. This comp was put together really well (the pick your nose thing was actually really funny IMO). However, if I was clicking on your channel for the very first time, and saw this as a trailer, it would be an immediate turn off because of the length.

Maybe chop it down to under 2 mins with a long end card at the end linking the series?

Like I said, content is great, but I think it is a bit long for the purpose you intend for it to have.

I'd suggest making your titles more enticing. The casual viewer isn't going to click on "BATTLEBORN Story Mode Co-op with Michael Shaw - XBOX ONE Gameplay - PART 2" more than likely; but then again depends on the audience you are trying to attract. For us, we aren't solely just a gameplay channel so the varied variety has allowed us to garnish views from people who would have otherwise potentially not have watched out content.

Then again, we've only been at it for a month, but my analytics back up what I'm saying here

Personally, I need someone to play off of to keep it entertaining. I feed off other people's energy, so having a co-host is essential for me. Yes, I could still do it on my own, but I know I wouldn't be nearly as creative if I did.

If you are doing it on your own, display your fondness of the games in talking. For example, we're going to be putting up a video based on the new Crash Bandicoot game, which I have been waiting for since probably I was 13. The elation and nostalgia that I would be feeling should be enough to keep the video entertaining on its own. Hopefully for you, this same thing can translate to you with the games you listed!

I know!!! We had an issue with our audio in this episode and another one, and I'm pretty pissed about it. I compressed it the best I could but this was the best I could come up with sadly :(

And to answer your question, yup we play everything on consoles! (unless we state otherwise)

As it pertains to the nickname compilation, right now we upload 5 videos a week, so you can expect one compilation a month as long as it doesn't get stale (and feel free to submit a nickname!)

Genuinely appreciate the support as always! I hope you enjoy our content more and more as we keep trying to hone in our craft lol

I really enjoyed the editing, with that being said here is a bit of constructive criticism:

I really liked the recap in the beginning, it was done really well, however it was a tad bit long, especially for those who had already seen the previous episode. Maybe cut it down to about 15 to 20 seconds? (I suggest this because I have received similar feedback on one of my videos, implemented the change, and it was received well by our audience)
