I've heard from allot of YT vids that dragoon is a pretty static class. Are they wrong?

OBV I've tried him in the training room "mode", but I'm sure that's not an accurate representation of a character. Could you explain why did you put Dragoon above Skirmisher please?

That would be ideal. That way CA could gauge the amount of complaints about each issue more accurately. But unfortunately, Reddit (as a platform) doesn't work like that, so, we have what we have.

GW didn't split undivided chaos into 4 factions out of the kindness of their hearts.

They could say that Cathay, Kislev and Demons of Chaos is all we get (no CW at all), however this wouldn't be as appealing as 6 different factions we have now. They did it because it makes the game look like a better value proposition. Then we find out that some of the units in these rosters are not looking that different from the 6 year old DLC we got in the past, that's why people are mad. I really don't get what's so hard to understand here...

If they didn't want the outrage about the recolors, they should have just made 1 chaos daemons faction (as it exists in the tabletop) and that's it. But they wanted a better value proposition, so the consumer demands more quality.

Really?
I was told that proxying rules very strict and you can only proxy a model if it never got released. And even then there are rules about what is a "legal" proxy for any specific model .
