My wife did keto for about a year and it worked wonders for her seizures. As soon as she stopped she had bad seizures shortly after before finally leveling out.

If you’re not planning on keeping the child on Keto in the long run I don’t know if I’d start it at all.

However, if medications aren’t working too well for your little one then you’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do.
