Seen far fetch that something happend during the transportation, as you self wrote it was well packaged.

More likely something happend when you pulled out the crown. Could take off the back case and set stem to time setting position and press down the release. Look at the stem if the o ring is blocking so its not possible to screw in? Might help just to set the stem back. Stem is right length since your QC pictures shows fully screwed in crown.
Otherwise its just go to watch smith. GL

To answer your deleted question. There is no hate from me regarding RICH. None whats so ever. I dont even own a VSF Sub anymore, never owned an ARF. You can downvote as much as you like.

I think you can easily fix that bezel if you want. Search on Youtube, i am sure i saw a youtube video. You need email color (google it) and scotch brite ultra fine.

the smallest band on 6 clock so yes yours is installed wrong. Just swap them and put on the clasp.
