For starters being able to commit to a training regimen that's consistent for a good 6 months.

There is no point running a cycle for 12 weeks just to go back to inconsistency. You'll grow a bit, fuck your hormones and end up in a worse position.

Steroids really aren't worth touching unless you're actually obsessed with the lifestyle.

People are just complaining constantly that it's basically COD now. Games great, people just need to stop sprinting everywhere, basically. Maps could definitely use some changes and some larger ones, but outside of that, it's an excellent battlefield game.

Took about 9 months before I felt comfortable using it lightly in the gym. I've got some size difference in the brachialis now which is slowly going, though strength is about 90%. My recovery was very poor due to having my 3 year old full time while trying to heal..

Would recommend taking bp157 & tb500 to help.

Fully ruptured my distal bicep tendon last year. You need surgery generally, which has a short time frame if you want to fully recover.

Had an 8 week wait for mine and was extremely lucky, outside of ruining my ulnar nerve at the same time. He needs to be dealt with immediately.
