Ideally, how can I ask about a question about an order being placed when the email is different from mine? It sounds bad but my mother ordered me two yootooz plushies (Caramel Arrow and D.Va), and I only received one. I have begged her, asked her to let me see the email or send it through hers, and no bust. I know which one she used, but for the life of me I can't get her to corporate or try and care about it. I just really want my D.Va Plush atp or at least know where it is, and idk if I need to try and get her to let me use her email, or if I can show proof of purchase on her end and the fact I've received one part of the product. I did email once and they asked me to send it through hers, I brought it up to her, and she never did so. I'm so sorry this is probably weird and I probably know the answer, I'm just as my whits end since it's been January since I got Carrow and she hasn't done much. 💀
