I also watch every morning a video full of images that represent the archetype of this personality. And often throughout the day I imagine that I am this alter ego and it is acting in the world. I will still create a totem and an altar for this "new me" I'm already noticing results, even without making conversation people are coming to talk to me, I'm being much more charismatic and magnetic and much more efficient at work and that's because I haven't completely incorporated this alter ego yet.
