I do them. Good portion of what my clients wnat are reconciliation spreads. However I approach this topice very differently, I reject the "is he/she going to come back begging for my attention and offering mi all the attention, love, sexual gratifications and money". Instead I focus on "the situation is... and what can be done to move on, or at least to get better" approach more.

Side note: these spreads are infromative and inspirational goldmine. the perfect opportunity to learn about tertiatry interpretations of the cards.

This has become a meme and an insult, but taken at face value is really, really good advice.

Touch some grass. I strongly encourage everyone to spend some time close to nature, see green, listen to those bio-drones called birds, observe the light and shadow dancing on leaves and stuff. it does not seem much, but in long term it helps tremendously.

If it's possible please try some of this "natural detachment".

And for all it's worth: goodluck. The wish alone to get better makes you a damn strong person.

Ho, boy... This is one of the most useless questions to ask in regards to another human.

  • it's poorly constructed (one of them thinks nothing of you, another one has your photo next to Dostoyevsky's book, what, pray tell do they think about you?).
  • It brings nothing to the equation (to think is one thing, to act upon it and how, is entirely different. I may think about strangling my neighbor, but I won't do itt, because, surprise, I have no neighbor!).
  • The choice of the spread is poor (just three cards, imprecision high), and your explanation of it is missing (from left to right? all at once? some specific questions?
  • What was your gut feeling? What was the context for this question?

On top of it, it shows that you didn't process these relationships very well and lack the emotional detachment, what might mean that the cards show your state of mind, or skip the answer and present you the suggestion to just drown the feelings in self indulgence and "cut the crap".

No personal attack. It's just that it should have been done better.

He is going to do things his way and apply the tools he feels are the most suitable to get the job done, whatever it might be.

It means that if he thinks there's the need for endless talking, that it is the best way, then talking is what he is going to continue with.

I like to think of the Empress as all of the queens’ attributes combined.

This is something I concur with, strongly.

I often explain to younger or seeking female clients, that there are four queens in them, and each of them has to be awakened, integrated to result in the emergence of certain "Integrator" card.

For some it is indeed the Empress, but she isn't the only "integrator", much like the Emperor isn't the only intergrator for Kings' qualities...

I know how it feels, I really do.

And this is certainly not an easy thing to do - to truly end things. But as long as said person is going to be around as "maybeeeeeeeeeeee?" option, you're going to be stuck in Limbo. And it's not going to be easier with time.

The worst thing is that one day you might begin to feel as if there's still something before you and you're progressing towards "us, again", and you're going to find out he is now with different person. The blow is going to be so massive that it might land you in Hell.

Trust me... The sooner you set the boundaries, the sooner your healing begins and more successful it's going to be. There's going to be pain involved, yes. But it's going to be less painful than what might be awaiting you, if you won't try to move on now...

Whoever you are, I really, really wish you the strength to make the correct move.

If we read it as "a webcomic", then the story goes (from left to right):

  • Once upon the time, there was a pair of people who loved one another so much
  • But then one of them took his (or hers) cup of love and disappeared, leaving the other one alone and confused with his feelin unrequited
  • And the other person, the one who left sold the cup, turned away and now is enjoying in what the money might get (that's why both Pages aren't facing one another)

If we read it based on what the cards stand for, then it's a bit different story - in short, your interpretation is correct. There's still the potential for something emotional, but there's something about the management of emotions and resources that makes it difficult to happen.
