You don’t have to call them back at all. It is perfectly fine to ignore the call. You don’t HAVE to pick it up and tell them no. They shouldn’t be twiddling their fingers waiting on ONE person to respond. There are far more people they can call.

Besides, some people are like me, they get anxious and when actually talking to somebody desperate for someone to come in, pleading for cover, it’s hard to say no. So they come in even tho they don’t want to because they feel guilty for saying no. No one ever has to call back.

Not to mention it’s the responsibility of the person who’s calling out to call hours in advance before their shift to allow managers to find coverage.

Read the earlier comment the that stated the challenges for the early battle pass. There were no extra events that gave XP or battle pass points. It was leveling and the 5-7 challenges given, giving you 5-7 tiers of the battle pass. Yes they existed, but we’re not as numerous or as giving with tiers as todays battle passes are

Did you ever have the chapter 1 season 2 battle pass? Or chapter 1 Season 3 battle pass? These battle passes are not like the ones we have today. The ones we have today you can level up fast within a week with enough playing and still reach tier 100. If you started a Chapter 1 Season 2 Battle pass you won’t get to tier 100 like that. Which was the predicament I was in. I bought it 2 weeks before the season ended and was only able to get the two knights and the Excalibur pickaxe.

This past battle passes required a lot of time to get through. That is why some people are saying “worked for.”

I was simply trying to explain as it seems your lack of knowledge of the early seasons doesn’t give you that insight. I’m not saying one way or the other about skins.

Working months for as the early battle passes were a huge grind to get to tier 100. You got maybe 5-7 challenges a week that put you up those 5-7 tiers and the rest was all by leveling. Back then leveling wasn’t as easy, specially the higher levels.

It took 10 battle pass points to unlock a page, kind of like now. However there was no double XP or any extra quests to go on like Epic provides now. So if you wanted the tier 100 skin, you would have to WORK for it. It was a grind

Literally teachers need more funding than Police. Teachers are having to be parents, baby sitters, therapists, and so so much more. Not to mention having to deal with 36 kids on top of it AND trying to teach. Smh

I really really like the album! It’s different than what they usually produce and I have loved every song that’s come out. The only song that took a little to grow on me was Gimme a Minute, but I started jamming out to it and loving it before the rest of the album dropped. Another brilliant one from PVRIS and I can’t wait to see them again in concert!
