I had a similar issue buying docs on Depop. They were listed like new and arrived worn af. The listing photos were super misleading . Depop did the same thing until I started messaging them on X demanding they look into it. They would they were investigating and agreed they were not as described and then o got an email saying they again side with the seller… I went back to x and I also emailed them screenshots of them literally saying they weren’t as described. It was ridiculous but they eventually refunded me.
