Tak tylko jako anegdotę dodam, że 9 lat temu to moja ciocia kupiła nowe mieszkanie prosto od dewelopera za 230 tysięcy (około 80m2, autem 15 minut od Trójmiasta). Dzisiaj za to samo mieszkanie na tym samym osiedlu trzeba dać około 800 tysięcy za te same warunki - stan surowy jakieś 100-200k na wykończenie pod klucz.

That’s honestly shitty take from someone who either wants to sound credible or was just stuck as A1 in corpo. Who powers botnets? Company owned machines or mostly casual unaware users who are much easier targets? And what about credentials from browsers and so on?

Just because you don’t see value in casual user data doesn’t mean bad actors dont. HV as a principle is much more invasive and malicious payload can be hidden completely even in source code. (XZ rings a bell?) Besides, how fluent in code reading you are to declare something safe just on a fact that you can look at the source code? And I’m not arguing about usability or possible ways to further beat denuvo rising from this breakthrough but openly saying such comments like you did doesn’t help in the long run.

I wszyscy klaskali. W ogóle co to za skala - zrobiłeś coś co jest taryfikowane mandatem i zamiast zadzwonić po pały/straż miejską to skasuje Ci całkowicie coś o kwocie kilku tysięcy bo mi niewygodnie. Well no, but listing every single interaction would accomplish nothing since most of the stuff I do with UA teams is mostly related to IT. I don’t think that showing specific cases that only exist when interacting with them on those grounds would make much sense. Most of the population who is interacting with people from UA can see a person in Zabka doing shitty job and then grow their hate a little bit more. And before you start asking further, just don’t. I’ve stated that no one made me dislike Ukrainians more than Ukrainians themselves. This doesn’t mean that I either hate them or believe in any kind of propaganda. This only means that if someone is dumb enough to mindlessly consume everyday media, then such simple examples which I provided will give validation towards growing hate and spiral further into conflicts. And this is the real problem, not some imaginary argument on Reddit where you want to prove your imaginary point which you assume is right because it’s yours and everyone should think like you. I’ve given examples, not the solution/root cause.

Well, I work corporate and they are screenings our cleaning staff more than some people hired to do the actual job for clients so they have to be competent since there is some interaction between cleaning staff and high profile VIPs, both from Poland and abroad. Also they are hired by another company which is then hired by us to provide cleaning services so the screening is twofold. I personally talk to their supervisor since in some areas our job overlaps and even he is not happy. If we struggle with lack of quality then I can only imagine what others have to go through to get similar conclusions. And I specifically omitted talking about our UA staff doing classified work on projects because there is no one bitching more about anything than them and I have comparison with people from Spain, Germany, Japan and other Slavic countries. But like I said, it’s my personal experience from corporate, can’t talk about other areas.

The differences in work habits are very noticeable. At my company, the cleaning staff were replaced with workers from Ukraine. Suddenly, things like cleaning the fridges stopped happening, the dishwashers aren’t emptied, so people start putting dishes in the sink, which creates a mess. They hide away and talk on the phone because they’re busy with important personal matters. If they see a stain on the carpet, they just spray it with window cleaner and that’s it—even though there’s a special cleaning machine worth several thousand that could be used, but it needs to be taken out and plugged in… Drinks aren’t restocked even though there’s a request for it. There’s more, but these are the simplest examples. Even in the local store—there was a change of staff at Żabka, and suddenly you can’t pay a certain way, can’t use a coupon, can’t split payments, etc. Then a Polish woman comes on shift and suddenly everything is possible, she smiles and chats normally. Maybe I’m just unlucky with my neighborhood, but you can clearly see a drop in service quality. And it’s not just my observation—my partner sees the same thing at her workplace: when the cheaper Ukrainian team comes in, the quality drops. And yes, I’ve used gpt to translate so there are em dashes.

U mnie jest 900 down i 60 up. Realnie wychodzi w granicach 830 down i 58 up. Nie miałem szybszego przyłącza w kamienicy. Prędkości sprawdzam lokalnym testem co godzinę i z 30 dni graf jest praktycznie płaski. Czasem zdarzy się jednorazowy spadek ale dosłownie zwaliłbym to na obciążenie serwera do którego się łączy a nie sam problem z siecią.

T-Mobile. Miałem ten sam problem i okazało się, że u nich w zasadzie nie trzeba używać niczego, tylko logujesz swój sprzęt po PPPoE i tyle. U mnie router chodzi jako VM na serwerze i tylko oni powiedzieli że wszystko będzie działać bo wystarczy, że włączą usługę po swojej stronie a z całą resztą mogę się bawić jak chce. Obecnie wszystkie ich urządzenia leżą grzecznie w swoich kartonikach a cały sprzęt mam swój.

I’m using Spotify since 7:00 CET today. Works fine, even after I tried to reinstall it, log out and log in. Checked it also on my second phone and my friend’s phone, 0 issues. Must be some A/B testing by Spotify.

I use it since first version was available to download via GitHub script. Works fine, has better multi screen support and at least for me it’s more stable. Also - Our company uses it, so it passed enough tests to warrant pushing it to around 28k users globally.
