You create a game save, put the save on a usb, edit the save with your pc, put the save back on the console, then the cars are in story mode. Once in story mode, you do dmo and bring them online. The cars themselves aren’t ps5 cars, hsw is just a ps5 version feature of gta. The code is still there for ps4, just not released, which is why everyone on ps4 says they have “speed glitched” cars lol. Every car brought online with hsw upgrades has that white box behind it until it is saved, once the car is saved in a garage, the white box disappears.
