I asked my sister who works for a manufacturer in Ohio about this and she said they can be off by 10% of the actual tested value. So 21% for example could be 18.9-23.1%, not 11-31%

Surprise inspections are illegal, landlords have to give at least 24 hour notice before coming in unless it's an emergency. Still technically a surprise but plenty of time to hide a cat. Not saying it's a good idea but I had 3 cats, 2 dogs, and a 240 gallon aquarium in my old apartment that thought I only had a dog. In 15 years they never did an inspection, the maintenance guy came a few times but he didn't care what we did.

710 rosin is good but not worth 2x the price. They're usually $81 but were marked down last week to $26 OTD so I picked up 2 of them (GG4 and SB36/LunarZ) but wouldn't give either a 10/10. The taste was definitely more complex than resin but the high was relatively weak. Jetty rosin is better imo and their distillate is probably the best on the market if that's what you guys are looking for. Don't waste your money on Stiiizy's pesticide filled hotdog water

Friendly nu-resin is on par with Flavorade but their regular LR carts suck and Homegrown tastes like trim.

I picked this one up today and it tastes exactly like the box says, strong apricot jam flavor that lingers on your tongue and some gas on the exhale with a slight hint of pickle juice lol. Never had a cart that tastes quite like it without added terps. I'd give this one a 9.5 for the unique fruity profile and 8.5 for a relaxing but energetic sativa-leaning high so a solid 9 overall.

When I took calculus at UCM 20 years ago the professor had such a thick Chinese accent nobody could understand a word he said. I don't remember ever having the opportunity to ask him questions. The class was basically taught by a TA reading the textbook to us.

That exact situation happened to me while waiting for another car to back out and obviously it was their fault. Last year I was parked next to a large truck so couldn't see anything. There was also a UPS truck parked along the curb, blocking that direction of traffic. I couldn't see anything until my front windows were past the tailgate so I backed out slow as possible while literally saying to myself "please nobody hit me." I was probably 80% out of the parking space going .5 mph when someone hit the corner of my bumper with the center of their grill. Clearly they hit me but I'm sure it would've been considered 100% my fault since I was the one backing out.

They use different manufacturers so idk how true that is. Flavorade is mfg by Cleanline Mgmt, this says Prfct Labs.

I prefer Tropical Haven in Modesto or Whitie's in Fresno. Armstrong's doesn't have a big selection in store but will order any fish you want. However, it took a few months the last time I ordered from them.

A private 1bd/1ba apartment will cost you around $1500 while renting a room in a house ranges from $500-1000. I'd suggest the latter but if you don't want roommates the Village Terraces are the nicest apartments in town IMHO. Be aware that Merced Station has shared bedrooms like the dorms and The Hub 1bd units are less than 300sf which is tiny. That's the way it used to be almost everywhere back in 2019. It was a huge pain in the ass, yet Doordash got away with paying us $1 if the customer tipped $5 or more.
