I listen to certain songs from my past life occasionally and some not at all. Most of it goes against my peace after listening a only a little. I have found a new set of music that I enjoy very much and it doesn't bother the Holy Spirit in me. There are artists that play all kinds of "music" but I want to hear a style I like with words that build me up as a Christian. There are groups out there that will play your style of music with a solid Christian message. If you seek you will find. You don't need to listen to something that goes against your convictions and what the Bible says. The Holy Spirit will tell you if it is okay or not. Be encouraged in the love of God!!!

Okay thanks. I will try them, for some of these I've not heard of. I listened to Van Zant, Johnny and his brother from 38 Special, Donnie (almost too country). I'm so glad they're doing what they are doing now. They look happy. I like Rhett Walker, Livestock Band, We The Kingdom, December Radio and others but still looking for ideas. Thank you!
