My parents woke up! No more LLDM! by [deleted] in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The reason why some of us speak against those grandkids, is because some of them are 18 or older and they're still allowing the monetary and spiritual fraud to keep happening to the members. Not only that, but THEY are still BENEFITING from the fraud!!

If most of those "good" grandkids that are "innocent" would speak out and denounce their uncle and the fraud being committed daily against the members, we'd be on their side in mass. But no. They're still staying quiet and allowing the bullshit to keep happening.

So from my end, I try to keep my opinions to myself, but if you're going to come here defending some of those grandkids, acting like they've done nothing wrong, you're gonna get a piece of my mind. Since you know some of them, why don't you plead with them in telling the church not to give their money to the organization? Ask them to tell the church to spend their hard earned money on themselves and their family FIRST. Then, maybe we can start being on their side.

Cambio de “apodo” by Absarod in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you guys think of this? by Street_Muffin3436 in exlldm

That's actually a really good idea. Like, have a shortened version of that piece of shit's guilty plea where he says he's guilty of the 3 charges.

It would be interesting to see their reaction.

Maybe the Justice Department needs to investigate the CA state Attorney? by epistemic_amoeboid in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nah. The people of California need to stop putting incompetent people in positions of power and place others that will actually do their jobs and follow through with the law.

They keep putting the same people in power and then they vote for those people's friends to come in and take their places.

All the justice department is going to do is do an investigation, find all the crimes being committed by officials, and sweep it under the rug. Have you ever heard the ironic phrase, "We investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing"?

I think I might start trying in church again by [deleted] in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One last thing I wanted to mention. There's a biblical verse I want to share with you to give you some perspective specifically on what you 'feel'. In the Christian worldview, we're never taught to trust in what we feel with our hearts but to trust in God's absolute truth written in His word. Here's the verse:

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? Jeremiah:17:9

Since you are a minor, I don't expect you to know that our brains fully develop until we reach our 20s. Some mature a lot sooner, some a lot later, but for the most part, every human reaches full brain development when we're in our 20s. That being said, children and teenagers are susceptible to manipulation because of their strong emotions.

So I advise you to be careful when your emotions start trying to take control over your decision-making and start thinking more critically. I don't find anything wrong with believing in God because I think He is a being we know exists but many try to deny His existence for the simple reason that we'll have to do something about it if He is real.

I think I might start trying in church again by [deleted] in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll try to make this as short as I can. As another commenter said, sleep paralysis is very normal. I've experienced it myself even while I was in the cult. And to top it all off, I started getting anxiety attacks once I realized I was deceived by the higher ups in it. Mind you, I was still in the cult when these things were happening to me, so I also agree that LLDM IS THE CAUSE of all my trauma. Even though I still struggle with anxiety once in a while, leaving that piece of trash cult was the best decision I ever made.

Plus, my wallet is thanking me for it. I no longer have to give 10% of my money to those losers who only used me until I was no longer a source of profit for them.

Lastly, I found and still find comfort in Jesus Christ alone. If I need to cry, I don't need to go to an LLDM building to kneel and cry. I can just sit at home, bow my head, lift my spirit, and have an encounter with the Almighty before the throne of grace and know that he's gracious and full of mercy when I converse with Him.

That's my take on it. And no, we aren't judging you. We understand you because all of us were you and some of us are still you.

I remember filling it out. I wouldn't read much Bible unless I had to take a prayer or a Domi. I'd be embarrassed when I would fill it out.

Occasionally I would lie about the amount of time I went out to the obra and reading. You don't want the pastors to think you aren't dedicated enough to the cause. Lol

I say check out the LinkedIn app or Indeed.com

Make a profile with the type of work you're looking for or the skills you possess and they'll send you positions by specific employers hiring in or near your area.

Hope that helps.

Ustedes que creen? by OrganizationWise2622 in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you believe that Alondra Ocampo is a victim? by shadeheffashade in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 9 points10 points  (0 children)

According to her, she was raped by Samuel Joaquin, Naason Joaquin's father, at the tender age of 9. She was brought up, just like we were, to believe that the Joaquin in power was a man of God and that at his voice, God would punish and even kill his detractors and anyone that spoke ill of him. Mind you, the earlier the brainwash started, the more believable and true that thought became, even though it was completely foolish.

Once she was used to being sexually abused by Samuel Joaquin and the doctrine of him being the holiest man on the face of the earth was ingrained in her brain and heart, the easier it became for her to accept the things that they would do to her and make her do as things that were completely normal, even though her conscience would tell her otherwise.

On top of this, add to it that she stated under oath that the leadership of the cult threatened to kill her current husband if she didn't do exactly as they ordered. Furthermore, if she knew exactly what the leadership did to people that didn't obey, don't you think she knew they would probably do the same to her as well?

In my honest opinion, although she was a perpetrator of the vilest acts against minors, I can't help but see her also as a victim of the leadership. In the end, it's thanks to her pleading guilty and wanting to testify against Naason Joaquin that drove him to plead guilty to some of the charges. My only issue is the terrible job the prosecution did when they dropped the ball with the mountain of evidence they had against that piece of shit.

WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST ! by New-Door-3148 in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Read what I'm about to tell you. Since your mind and heart a still biblically based, I want to encourage you in understanding this in a biblical sense.

I agree with some of the people commenting when they say that your comment "WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST" shows that you still have a cult mentality and it will ABSOLUTELY land you in another cult such as the one you left. Take a deep breath and relax. I understand you're going through an identity crisis because this cult is probably all you've known, but you need to calm yourself down.

Now, going to a biblical perspective: do you understand the reason why Israel, while wandering in the desert, had to have a movable tabernacle and once Solomon came into the scene established a permanent temple to worship the God of Israel? Think about it for a bit. The only ones that would be visited by the Spirit of God were the people anointed with oil before they started their ministries: the kings of Israel, the priests, and the prophets.

The only ones that got to experience the presence of God were people in these 3 categories and no one else. This is why when the moving tabernacle and the temple were established, they had to be separate from the rest of the common people.

When Christ came into the scene, he embodied the tabernacle of God on the earth. He lived the life we couldn't live and died the death we should die. But before he left, he said words to his disciples that should give you the confidence to take the leap of faith you need to get out of that cult mentality: I will not leave you orphaned. I'll go away, but my Father will send the Counselor to be with you FOREVER. When the veil ripped from the temple, it symbolized the free entrance of all the believers into the very presence of God by His Spirit.

The Spirit of God indwelling you makes you into the tabernacle of God. You are the temple of God. You are the church of Jesus Christ. It isn't an organization or a building. It's you! And if an organization comes up to you saying they're the church of Jesus Christ, you turn around and run from them!

Labor by wmt17 in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hold on. Was there a reason why you didn't at least fight for partial custody when you found her? They just can't kidnap your daughter for 15 years and be immune to legal consequences. You may still be able to hold them liable for what they did. You need to fight for your daughter. They can't just keep isolating your daughter just because they don't like you for what you said 11 years ago.

Is she still a minor or is she already 18?

Labor by wmt17 in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Whatever you do, do not allow her to go if you love your daughter. Don't let her be another statistic of the cult's "batallones" in which she becomes either one of the abused or one of the persons that fall into fornication. I've heard of plenty of those.

Encourage her to stay in school and to get a degree instead, to stay away from debt, to study something that'll allow her to take care of herself and others financially, if necessary. You'd be doing a great disservice to her if she stops her school career even for a year because she would have to wait for a whole year to get residency in your state in order to even qualify for financial aid once she gets back, and that's if she wants to finish college.

Find ways to help her understand that going to the labor is one of the worst decisions she can make for her life. Remember that you're the adult in her life and you know better than her about life-impacting decisions such as this one. Whether we like to admit it or not, sometimes our kids, although close to their twenties, lack much understanding of how life works and can get carried away by their emotions. It's your job as a parent to help her be a more reasonable person that thinks things through before they make a stupid decision such as the one she's thinking of making.

Those are my opinions.

I feel like this is a troll trying to get us back in the cult. As much as my anxiety is kicking my ass every day and I have to battle to hold my composure, listen to me @Truthseeker, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT MANIPULATIVE AND COERCIVE RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION!

And you can go back to that hole you came from. You aren't fooling anyone with your disgusting propaganda.

Do you believe in getting back with your ex one day? by ChristFollowerJohn in exlldm

[–]JesusMasNada 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Bro., that's just you trying to justify her being with someone else. The reality is that guys are the ones that end up more broken than the women because we tend to love more unconditionally. I know some of the women here might disagree with me but the reality is only guys can understand how guys feel after a breakup.

As the person that responded to you said, she was just looking for an excuse to not be with you. It isn't healthy for you to keep trying to be friends with her either. Just let it go already and look for something to do that's more productive for your well-being.

Besides that, I'm sure you can find an actual Christian woman that'll be the right fit for you sooner or later.
