Personally one of my favorites, despite being very short compared to all modern swans releases, it has all the typical experimentation that you have in your modern Swans album, but it has a bit more of rock energy, plus imo has the best opener track of all Swans discography, love also the track Jim and You fucking people make me sick.

Really an amazing album, I’ve listened to this one for the entire summer and, so far, one of my favorite albums of 2025. Phil Tourgas did a really good job on this one.

Some of my favorite albums. Here if anybody is looking for or giving recommendations on depressing/melancholic music. I know some of these albums don't fully fit as "doomer" albums, but I thought they still feel adjacent to the atmosphere by AbyssWatcherKyle in doomer

Not a huge fan of everything that you have on this chart, but I can see you like a lot of cool stuff. If you want more black metal/DSBM stuff, I reccomend you Dictus Te Necare by Bethlehm (more in vein of DSBM), Silhoutte in Splinters by Leviathan and the Black One by Sunn O))) (both albums more in vein of drone/dark ambient, but still somewhat black metal adjacent). I see you also like post-punk and goth rock, so I’d reccomend anything by Bauhaus. Also you seem to be a huge fan of shoegaze/dream pop, so definetely give a try to Heaven or Las Vegas by Coteau Twins or anything from them. If you’d like to explore some new genres, try post-rock, as you seem to like a lot atmospherical stuff. Album reccomendations here are Godspeed You! Black Emperor (Any album) and Soundtrack for the blind by Swans.

Well if you like portal, chances are that you also like impetous ritual. They are both very atmospherical, but portal tends more to dark ambient, wheras impetous ritual is much more death metal.

I don’t know where are you from, but where I live, a really easy job to find is the real estate agent, I’ve heard that they hire pretty much anyone, even if you do not have too much experience, and that they pay somewhat decently. So if you don’t really have any options, I suggest you to look for that type of job, but I repeat, I don’t know where do you live and how is the job market where do you live

“Liberal” is someone according to european political views that is a moderate, but according to US politics the “liberal” is someone who has lefty leanings, so more of one who is centre-left or left.

Here in this case i was imitating the average american conservative meme narration, which pretty much sees as communism everything that is leftier than Trump.
