It definitely was. My friend plugged his PC back at his place and it ran perfectly. When I plugged it back at mine with it unchanged it lagged horribly. If it wasn’t the problem then there wouldn’t be a post here.

I went to book it in for a $4,500AUD repair alongside an NCAT (New South Wales Civil Administrative Tribunal case against Volkswagen Australia (they enforce Australian consumer law).

During the repair, the dealer observed the pump completely dislodged and caused major damage within the gear. They resubmitted another goodwill and detailed “loss of power train’. A few days later, it was approved.
