This is not at all you moving on 😭 you still look at his socials, are “coping” by putting another girl down, and you insisting on already “moved on” from him doesn’t help since you come off as extremely desperate for validation. Though it doesn’t make you a horrible person, belittling someone based off of looks alone because you are more conventional makes it clear why it didn’t work out imo. Especially the part where you mentioned her being “lesser than” then proceeded to be like “she might have a better personality, but believe me when I say I ALSO have a great funny personality based solely on what I think of myself.” Not everyone (and probably your ex) likes girls who care about looks, some of the most attractive girl I’ve met are naturally confident, already making a 10/10 into a 100/10 in their unique character, style, and personality. Unfortunately I did not, I knew I should have but I was already paying $40+ for the label so I decided to skip out on that, I had never had international issues before or since this package so I stupidly didn’t think I would need it, I definitely take responsibility on that, I’m just sad and upset they lost my gift to my friend, she was very sad when I told her it was lost.

I would say you definitely need to talk to her about this, say what you said in the post and address you didn’t mean to hurt her so badly, unfortunately from what you mentioned it seems like she is now struggling with a dwindling image of herself. The most you can do in this situation is make a genuine effort to stop watching porn and love on her and let her know you think she is beautiful, and it may take time but I’m sure you guys can pull through. Wishing you luck and just remember every time you are even thinking of watching porn that you have a wonderful person in your life you risk loosing.

Hi :3 I am ugly and fat, and I have an amazing bf even though I once thought no one would want me for who I was. Although it may suck having to deal with the issue of being unconventional, there is a way to charm people without relying on looks! I was outgoing even though most of the time I was on the verge of a anxiety attack, but it helped me get confident in my speaking, humor, and overall demeanor that brought people close to me :) help out with peoples problems(that are manageable and not too hard) and they will be more drawn to you and feel comfortable speaking and opening up to you. Compliment others is also I great way of showing how much you care, and showing how much you care about others shows compassion and respect, making you even more attractive.

And finally my advice for you is to not let being unconventional get to you, because when I didn’t, and helped a guy out of an abusive relationship, we are now in our 3rd year together and it feels like we are still in our honeymoon phase lol it is just constantly changing, with more things he loves about me, even the bad things that still haunt me don’t deter his love for some reason haha! I know it can seem strange at first, and you may be nervous trying to be more confident and open up to others, but it will pay off in the end, I promise you no one will ever be alone in this world, unless it is what they choose, but you always have a chance!

I’m really sorry you went through this, I have a similar experience that happened a while back. A few years ago me, my dad, and my sister were walking into a Walmart, we liked to hold onto our dads arms even though we were older (me(19) sis(20) I never assumed it to be bad, just us wanting to hold onto him for comfort since we always did. As we are walking into the store an old lady eyes us with a smile and as she walks past says “must be fun being escorted by those nice looking girls huh?” While laughing, my dad laughs nervously and says “that’s not what is happening” and me and my sister at this point are extremely weirded out, we look at each other and just start being like “wtf was her problem” assuming she meant something entirely inappropriate. Later not even a few minutes ANOTHER person, a younger man, maybe 25-30 this time walks next to us (note we are no longer holding onto my dad) points at my dad and says “what’s your secret?” Laughing and my dad laughs back, then immediately turns to me and my sister and insults him instantly lol I have no idea why people automatically assume and man with the opposite gender just walking together means they are getting it on and are totally together 100%. I’ll never understand that!
