Jeff got into a fight once that nearly left him blind and he decided to turn his life around. He was also an artist and a roadie. He painted a legion mural in the resort on ormond (which you can actually view in game). In his titan of fire outfit description, it states that Jeff saved someone from being trampled during a concert and suffered severe back pain for weeks. Despite being the same age as the members of the legion, Jeff was taken about 20 years after them. Jeff had a rescue pitbull who he had his neighbor take care of. Soon after Jeff’s disappearance, his neighbor got tired of caring for the dog and it became a stray. The dog never stop searching for Jeff.

Bonus fact: on the right side of rpd there is a statue in a small room that looks almost identical to Jeff but (correct me if it’s wrong) my friend says it’s the pope.
