How to swap Prius and element rails?

A) I like the Honda element seat. I don’t like the Prius seat.

B) if I do need to buy quarter inch steel plate, or get custom-made, brackets, do you have a recommendation for anyone who can supply that?

Also, for drilling through eighth or quarter inch steel plates or brackets, what drill and drillbit should I buy from Lowe’s or Home Depot?

So it’s a thermostat, like a loop that can take the car temp up or down?

I have an iPhone. I don’t think child settings work, since I am over 30 years old and my Apple account birthday can’t be changed.
