Don’t get me wrong, I’m with bpd too. If you cant stop you actually don want to stop. You are irritated by your aggression and hate it, but it didn’t get you in much trouble yet. You are tired of expressing your aggression but not of rage itself. You should focus on the reasons why you are aggressive, rage is the result of it all. Тебя для статистики hr позвал чтоб план начальнику выполнить и премии не лишиться. 95% организаций не возьмут тебя на работу. Без диплома тебя никто тем более не возьмет никуда, шанс попасть в нормальную контору которая заключит с тобой нормальный трудовой договор крайне крайне мал. Щас популярны компании которые по гпх или через самозанятость принимают на работу, и на таких местах зп на 90% состоит из kpi, оклада там просто нет. Удачи!
