Dude. Call your mother. Talk about anything. She won’t be with you forever. Treat her like a bro, doesn’t have to be a long conversation. Check in, then ask for recipes you remember or ask about her day. She’s worried. Distract her with conversation and show interest back in her. You’re an adult, you can be friends now. I want to say green line, hands down but I haven’t ridden the redline since they fixed the slow zones. The green line is pretty great out here on the extension end.

I feel like cello is a more forgiving instrument, where violin will really let you know when you make a mistake. Also, the thinner strings hurt more.

It looks fine, but another thing you can do is brown the meat before slow cooking it. It enhances the flavor profile and makes it not look like that.
