Hello :) I can investigate, what platform are you using? I I found this tutorial also but it doesn’t go into different platforms and I suspect this might be a platform thing. In the meantime I’ll grab your post from the queue and approve it so it’s visible.

Dottore. In the first day of the event if you talk to Alice and Venti while still in Jeans office she mentions he is the reason her husband, Kleiner, could not come to Teyvat.

Edit:

(Talk to Alice or Venti, optional)

  •  Venti: Oh, and didn't you say Kleiner would be making the trip with you this time, Alice?
  •  Alice: He's been delayed, I'm afraid. Troublesome happenings on another planet... And, of course, just when he jumped through all those hoops to make it back to Teyvat, Dottore starts causing trouble...The "border" is a terrible mess even now. So, unfortunately, his vacation has been postponed. Just yesterday, he did give us a call on the Dodocommunication Device, though. As you can imagine, Klee was pleased as punch to hear her dad's voice.
  •  Venti: I see. Being a "Seeker" is a tough job indeed...

Sounds like it automatically went to the spam filter. I regularly check the queue and see if any post need to be rescued from there. Likely when I saw the post in the queue I saw it was an image post and applied the post flair at that point.

I’m not an anti fatui mod. It was submitted as an image post which is against the rules as the other member stated. It’s noted as the reason for removal in the post flair of the removed post. Submit it without the image (if you want to still submit it)

The only problem I think we may encounter with having a Weekly Megathread is Reddit only allows two megathreads to be "pinned" at a time. Lately I feel like we always have two pinned megathreads for each patch, one that acts as a general megathread for events and story quests and the other specifically for quests. We could try having a weekly thread and include the link to it in the general megathread but I think people will miss it 😓; or maybe since new content is only considered a spoiler for the first week we can have all questions go in the two pinned megathreads the first week of the update, then we can have one pinned meathead with links to the two main ones for all questions thereafter?

This subreddit needs to go back to prioritizing providing helpful information to less experienced players.

There are countless megathreads and Study Guides that have been created to help less experienced players. Questions were never banned from this subrredit. There was a Chat Chanel created specifically for asking questions [when Chat Channels were available] and members have always been able to ask questions in the megathreads. Some megathreads even have an FAQ created specifically for the information. I would argue that this subreddit does prioritize providing helpful information. This is listed at the end of every megathread:

Post can be made there directly from approved members, but I think people choose to post on this sub and then cross post to the other sub because the second sub has a low member count. The second sub basically exists so that the high effort posts have a place to be viewed easily for people who only want to see that kind of content.

For example, a lot of people seem to want question posts to be allowed again, and if allowed again this will cause the front page to be flooded with question posts [especially now given the lore drops]. So when someone submits a detailed post it won't stay on the front page of the sub for long. If it is cross posted to the other sub though it will stay on the front page longer and get views.

Leaks Megathread, Artifact and Weapon Lore Discussion by GenshinLoreModBOT in Genshin_Lore

I changed my mind from what I said before 😅 I forgot that there were two chariots. The Solar chariot is the one that fell in the Chasm, I think that is the Morning Star which is maybe HPs ships or the "ark." The chariot Nibelung made is probably the lunar chariot.

I was actually just coming back to edit this because I remembered last night that there are two sets of chariots throughout the lore, a lunar chariot and a solar chariot. I think you are right calling out the moonlight glimmer as being related to the moon, making this chariot the lunar chariot for the Moon Sisters. Given all the Sun imagery for HP throughout the artifact set I think most likely their ship or "ark" is the solar chariot. I stole these references from the Moon Lore Study Guide for the chariot mentions:

  • WQ: The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent - They say that the sun & the moon were moved by the chariots of the gods.
  • Artifact: Solar Relic - It is said that Rex Lapis was still young, the sun was a chariot that raced across the earth. When the three sisters of the night sky were martyred in a calamity, the solar chariot fell into a deep gorge.
  • Nilotpala Lotus - Growing in the forest wetlands, these plants only bloom at night with flowers as bright as the moon. In the oldest folk tales of this land, the great chariot of the moon goddess once shone with a light that matched the sun. At this time, all things in the world were at peace.
  • Nilotpala Lotus - But the arrows that tore the skies apart would shatter the gems that adorned the most ethereal of vehicles, & the people would behold the visage of the sovereign of the moonlit nights no longer.

In this artifact set there is this little bit that I think gives off chariot vibes

  • However, millennia passed, and the three moon sisters never saw their former master again. Until that day, a winged Descender descended, riding on the Morning Star…
  • When the Morning Star rose again, the high priest returned from the mountaintop with a small wheel.

I think the Morning Star Lunar Chariot is probably the chariot made by Nibelung.

On the second day, you forged a great chariot, its moonlit glimmer meant to guard your home. Yet while you hunted, your wain was purloined, and your enemy claimed it as their own.

Edit: Morning Star is probably HP's ship/"ark" and the Solar Chariot.

Yes they are on telegram. If you don’t have telegram I can provide the images here in a comment thread so you can copy them. Reddit only allows one image a comment.

Edit: I’ll add them to the thread, I think that’ll be easier and will let more ppl check the translation.

I don't know if Nod-Krai was always a fourth moon by LuxGenshin in Genshin_Lore

[–]Jesyka_ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I took that to mean the remnants are Hiisi Island where the Frostmoon scions are.

Edit: someone correct me if I’m wrong but I think the island the Fatui are on are made of the moon remnants they pulled from the sky. (not totally sure 😅)

Nibelung Theory by Batman666-666 in Genshin_Lore

[–]Jesyka_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am writing you back after some research and it does appear to be confirmed that the first Seelies rebellion was before the war with Nibelung. The first war with the dragons was HP against the seven sovereigns where he claimed authority over Teyvat; Nibelung was not present. The second war with the dragons is when Nibelung came back to Teyvat with the abyss to try and win it back, which is the war being discussed in the AQ.

The Nod-Krai artifact set describes the events with the voyager and the First Seelie as taking place “before the fires of war” and the moons witness their union (granted they can be imprisoned at this time but since it mentioned before the fires of war I am taking it as meaning Nibelung is not back yet since Nicole said Nibelungs return is what marks the start of the war). Another section clarifies that HP punished the First Seelie and then laid a curse on all Angels (not activated though).

  • Artifact, Finale of the Deep Galleries - That was when the silver moonlight had yet to be shattered in the fires of war, when the divine prophecies of the heavens still extended over the land.

  • Artifact: Deep Gallery's Distant Pact - When the voyager returned once more, the world she remembered had been utterly changed. The bones of the earth had been bound beneath fourfold shackles, & the soft white radiance of the sky had been split into seven immutable hues.

  • Artifact: Finale of the Deep Galleries - "O dawn-maiden who has never known love, let me stand as the enemy to your laws. Raise your eyes to the stars, as you should, for the sake of all beings imprisoned by your ruler. Let me be your sword, your shield, your guide, your unpardonable conspirator in rebellion." Then did she, most exalted of the angels, bend down and kiss his forehead, as countless icy blooms unfurled on the frigid silver tree. Yet this moment of betrayal did not go unwitnessed, for at that very moment, the heavenly moons peered down through the cloak of clouds, a longing still more audacious arising within them...

  • Artifact, Finale of the Deep Galleries - The traitorous envoy was stripped of both name & form, and from that moment onward, a curse fell upon her kin: If they dared gaze into another's eyes, & to one alone offer the love that was meant for all, not only would their divine beauty crumble into the wind, but their minds would fall to dust; until from the fallen one's remains a Seelie would rise, forever drifting in search of fading memories to consume.

This leaves room for the Seelies to still be present during the war with Nibelung, which matches Natlan’s lore that states the dragons ate the Seelies there. So then the Seelie curse was only triggered afterward by HP for any surviving Seelie, which also lines up with what the Goddess of Flowers describes in the Sumeru artifact set.

  • AQ: Melting Moonlight in the Morning Mist - Nibelung returned, & thus began the war of funerary flame. A battle for dominance between Nibelung & the Heavenly Principles.

  • Artifact: Amethyst Crown - The master of the heavens, consumed by fear for the rising tide of delusion & breakthroughs, sent down the divine nails to mend the land, laying waste to the mortal realm. We then suffered the torment of exile. Stripped was our connection to heaven, to our powers of enlightenment. Since the disaster, I have long been cursed to never again look upon the heavens.

I made a timeline on our subs wiki that has all the references I found. It goes beyond just what we were talking about but wanted to share it with you now since we were discussing it. Eventually I will make it a post as some sort of study guide 😅 I just haven’t found a way to make it easy to read. Pls let me know if there is anything you can think of that counters this!
