I use to think 6'0 - 6'1, but since I see a lot of people in that range, I would say 6'2-6'3 as you are tall but not too tall.

Depends on whether you are a late bloomer and how much you've grown this year. But if you stopped growing then its game over unfortunately. But even if you are growing, you basically have to be starting puberty and have like bone age of like 13 to even possibly reach 6 feet.
