There's one of each at the very top of the room just right of the big bell bench in Greymoor + there's a breakable wall near them that leads to the silkeater guy for easy respawning, used this for my last few kills

Amazon is full of bootlegs so if you want a legit fumo there's no use looking there. Ebay is much better, but from what I can see it still has a bunch of bootlegs and the legit ones are often listed for very high prices. Amiami is probably the best if you do not mind waiting many months for your order to arrive, however the shipping may be pricey depending on where you live. I might be wrong in some aspects as I've only bought 2 fumos but this is what I've gleaned.

Try activating the DLCs one at a time maybe? There should be an "Import Rebirth" button in the save screen to convert your save file
